Founder : Sri GANESH VASUDEVA SHET

In 1953 that is at the age of seventeen Sri Ganesh vasudeva shet, a young age jewelry merchant, in his home town haladipura , dakshia kannada, discovered the exquisite nature of jewellery made in shivamoga. Soon he began purchasing jewellery from the local manufacturers in shivamoga , even by other merchants of other states and selling them to the customers . In 1963 opened "ganesh jewellers", the first jewelery shop in shivamoga trading gold , silver & steel items at that time.

A man of principles & a person with simplicity sri ganesh vasudeva shet had a very good close relationship with customers by attracting them to do business with him, by trading the very good crafted jewelery and also the quality of gold & silver to customers .this made the ganesh jewellers well known in whole Malnad and even it has been well known by the name “ಗಣೇಶಪ್ಪ ನವರ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಬಂಗಾರದ ಅಂಗಡಿ” .

Years later, Sri Keshava ganesh shet & Sri Madhava ganesh shet, the two sons of the founder taken the control of the business and started another two branches in shivamoga. From then on, ganesh jewellers grew upon to the extent of good relationship with the customers with craftmenship and quality.
